Once you have drawn the necessary fields for the Login Form to your application in a UserForm,

Create your Login Form which will be done via one of 2 following ways, either,

Embed directly in the code the Username and password,

Import the Username and Password from a Spreadsheet,

Simply insert the requested value in the box, click on the “Get code” button and Hop, the code appears in the square at the very bottom of the page… copy it and paste it into your UserForm…That’s it 🙂
